Job Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Create and maintain content calendars and publication schedules
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content (images,  videos, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Repurpose previously published content into new posts
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s content
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Job Requirements

  • College graduate in any related field
  • Knowledgeable in using Canva, Meta,  Hootsuite, Asana and time tracking (preferred)
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, communication, reporting and copywriting skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of major marketing channels
  • Willingness to work on-site in Parang, Bagac Bataan
