Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client’s VIPs, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
- Understand the unique preferences and requirements of each VIP, providing tailored solutions and services to enhance their experience
- Organize and oversee exclusive campaigns for VIP’s ensuring each campaign is meticulously planned and executed
- Gather feedback from VIPs, addressing any concerns promptly and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience
- Work closely with various departments to ensure VIP requirements are communicated and delivered seamlessly
- Generate regular reports on VIP activities, feedback and overall satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP program, implementing new strategies and initiatives to drive increased loyalty
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding VIP information and any related interactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software
- Discretion and understanding of the importance of client confidentiality
