Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client’s VIPs, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
  • Understand the unique preferences and requirements of each VIP, providing tailored solutions and services to enhance their experience
  • Organize and oversee exclusive campaigns for VIP’s ensuring each campaign is meticulously planned and executed
  • Gather feedback from VIPs, addressing any concerns promptly and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure VIP requirements are communicated and delivered seamlessly
  • Generate regular reports on VIP activities, feedback and overall satisfaction levels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP program, implementing new strategies and initiatives to drive increased loyalty
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding VIP information and any related interactions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Discretion and understanding of the importance of client confidentiality
