Job Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analyst to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Create Comprehensive media plans and budgets, forecasting campaign performance and expected ROI.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Set Up, manage, and optimize google ads campaigns across search, display, video, shopping, and other relevant ad formats
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Audience and Market Research:
    • Leverage market insights to adjust campaigns and targeting strategies for better alignment with audience needs.
  • Optimization and Testing:
    • Continuously optimize campaigns through keyword expansion, bid adjustments, negative keyword implementation, and other optimization techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the creative team, content creators, and agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • College Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing related field
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in conversational English
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work on-site at Parang, Bagac Bataan
